Notre recette pour préparer un café V60
Le café V60 est une méthode d'infusion à filtre qui sublime les arômes du café. Avec un goût moins agressive en bouche que l'espresso par exemple, cette technique vous permettra de deviner les plus infimes notes que vous propose votre café.

Matériel Nécessaire
Voici le matériel que l'on vous préconise. Cependant, d'autres marques peuvent très bien faire l'affaire.
Ingrédients
Étapes de Préparation
- À 30 secondes, versez de l'eau jusqu'à atteindre 70 g.
- À 1 minute, versez jusqu'à 110 g.
- À 1 minute 30, versez jusqu'à 160 g.
- À 2 minutes, versez jusqu'à 200 g.
Chaque versement doit être rapide, en environ 3-4 secondes, en effectuant des spirales larges pour assurer une répartition uniforme de l'eau.
Agitation : Pendant chaque versement, agitez doucement le dripper pour éviter la formation de tunnels dans le café moulu.
Extraction Finale : Retirez le dripper environ 10 secondes après que toute l'eau ait passé à travers le café moulu. L'extraction totale devrait durer entre 3 minutes et 3 minutes 15.
